Our beef is not fast or easy to produce, nor is it bargain beef. However it is the safest, healthiest, and most natural beef possible. Our cattle are DNA tested to identify certain DNA markers to enhance tenderness and eatability. Our herd is purebred Angus with pedigrees tracing back to its origin in Scotland. We have devoted 4 generations to the production of beef and it is an honor to be considered as your source for quality Grass Fed Beef.
