Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) Also Known as 'Mad Cow Disease' is a direct result of confinement feed lot fed cattle.  When cattle are never confined in a feedlot situation and never fed high concentrate rations containing animal biproducts the entire Mad Cow Disease threat is totally eliminated.
