No Steroids!

Antibiotic Residue - Doesn't sound very appealing does it??? In our cattle:

• We use NO antibiotics, NO exceptions!!
• Steroids, hormones, growth hormones, and ionophores are the industry standard to produce the maximum amount of beef in a given time, and it does work.  Virtually all super market beef is produced with multiple steroid injections and in the feedlot, ionophores are added to the feed daily. However, the negatives may be great.  Steroids in lab animals have been proven to cause cancer and steroids cannot be given to calves intended for breeding as it will cause sterility in calves.  Steroids are linked to heart disease, heart failure, and sterility.
